We are currently looking for a highly motivated International Buyer to strengthen our procurement team and contribute to our international development.
Position Overview
The International Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships at an international level, ensuring cost optimization, quality compliance, and on-time delivery aligned with Group standards.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and select international suppliers in line with company strategy

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms

Manage supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, compliance)

Conduct market analysis and benchmark suppliers

Collaborate closely with supply chain, production, quality, and finance teams

Ensure procurement processes comply with Group policies

Anticipate risks and secure supply continuity

Lead cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Profile
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international purchasing, ideally in industrial or medical devices environment

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
